Refund & Return

At Intechlegent, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To request a return, contact support@intechlegent.co.jp with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item is not eligible, we will notify you and no refund will be issued.


3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the item is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as "Final Sale"

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please request a refund and place a new order if needed.


6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address input by the customer. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will assist you.
