🔹 GENERAL

Intechlegent is a Japan-based online store offering high-quality tech accessories, gadgets, and lifestyle products. We are the sole authorized distributor of Hagibis products in Japan and Europe, and we carefully curate additional products to meet the demands of modern consumers.
Our Hagibis products are often stocked locally in Japan. Some items are sourced from our trusted global suppliers and shipped through our international logistics network to ensure timely delivery and excellent value.

We occasionally feature talented artists on our platform. If you’re an artist and would like to collaborate or have your work printed and sold through Mirk0, please send your portfolio and a brief bio to collabs@mirk0.com.

🔹 SHIPPING

Yes, currently we ship only to addresses within Japan to ensure fast delivery and reliable customer service.
Locally stocked products: 2–5 business days.
Other curated items: 7–20 business days depending on location and warehouse availability.
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Most orders do not incur additional fees. If your package is subject to customs inspection, you may be required to cover any applicable import duties.

🔹 ORDERS & PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express) along with Japanese local payment methods including PayPay and Konbini, based on availability at checkout.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing and shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@intechlegent.co.jp with your order number. We're happy to assist you.

🔹 RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition. See our full policy here.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we verify the returned product and approve the request.

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to the automated production workflow.
